This year we are highlighting a home in the Third Ward, which may have more families at risk of losing their homes than any other neighborhood in Houston. We estimate that there are over 1,000 homeowners in the Third Ward alone that need our services. 

For “Rising Together,” Cheniere Energy volunteers and staff completed exterior repairs on the home of Third Ward resident Tyler Lewis. This home was passed down to Tyler after her mom died. She grew up in this home and it means a lot to her and her family for them to remain in the Third Ward.

MLK Jr. Day of Service

This year on MLK Day of Service we joined with our partner Reliant Energy to assist a Third Ward homeowner, Ms. Jones. Volunteers from our partner Stewart Title completed external repairs and paint the home so it looks as good on the outside as it does on the inside.
