Rebuilding Together Houston celebrates Black History Month in the historic Third Ward
We will celebrate Black History Month On Tuesday, February 25, 2025 with “Rising Together,” with volunteers completing a home repair project and a public community celebration!
Rising Together 2024
As part of Black History Month, we partnered with Fit Houston, Friends of Columbia Tap, and Urban Paths to promote a walk along the historic Columbia Tap Trail, which runs right by Mr. Goosby's home. The walk included a historical talk about Third Ward.
