Construction Inspector
Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified candidates, and will give preference to military veterans
Primary duty will be to inspect homes of qualified homeowners who are eligible to receive free home repair services to roofs, critical electrical, plumbing and structural systems from licensed contractors, as well as volunteer services for exterior completion repairs such as siding, doors, windows and structural improvements (steps, handrails, ramps, etc.), along with caulking, painting.
The objective of the inspection is to determine and write up the work scope necessary to restore homes to a safe and healthy environment to enable the homeowner to remain in their home
Position requires meeting with homeowners, determination of scope of work for contractors and volunteers, soliciting bids from contractors, awarding contractors, ensuring completion by contractors and volunteers
Taking photos both before and after repairs and upload to Salesforce for completion of a project.
Required compliance Grantor forms and paperwork will be completed, signed by all parties and entered into our Salesforce system.
Qualifications for Position:
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in business or related field and 1-5 years of related work experience.
Experience in the construction field is required
Experience in tracking projects in CRM or other construction software is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual preferred
High regard for Safety
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products and Google Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
$40,000 - $53,000 annually, depending upon experience and skill level

14 paid holidays and 5 additional Paid Time Off days annually
5 days paid vacation after 6 months; additional 5 days after 1 year
