Rebuilding Together Houston uses our unique combination of licensed contractors and dedicated community volunteers to repair over 3,000 homes of Veterans.

Professional contractors complete repairs to structural, roof, and electrical and plumbing systems.

Safety upgrades prevent falls and fires include grab bars, steps and handrails, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and air filtration systems.

Wheelchair ramps are built as needed to improve homeowner mobility and independence.

More extensive home modifications are available for disabled Veterans.

Volunteers scrape, caulk, and paint exterior walls, repair siding and fascia, and secure doors and windows.
